Sipho went to the local bank and met with one of the bankers who informed him of the business loan application requirements (business plan, bank statements, cash flow projections and security). Sipho quickly realised that without financial management skills his business is going no where and that the chances of securing the loan are slim. He however decided he was still going to give it a chance. He made a commitment to make use of an ethical accountant (not the one he was referred to by Hendrik).
